Because of this, the game has evolved and improved since its beginning in 2012, resulting in an entirely new experience while maintaining the fundamental gameplay elements.
While the fundamental mechanics of CS: GO are determined by the accuracy and decision-making required to decide when and when to engage in gunfights on a map, one of the most significant facilitators of those mechanics is the usage of grenades in the game, which are utilized in a variety of ways.
Dusk 2 is the direct successor of Dust, the ever-popular level from the Counter-Strike video game franchise. Dust 2 was developed at the time when Counter-Strike 1.6 was still in use as a more polished and redesigned version of the previous edition. It quickly rose to the top of the online popularity rankings and continues to be one of the most popular maps among first-person shooter fans all around the globe.
What are the best grenade-throwing locations in the CS:GO map Dust 2 and why?
A few of the most popular grenade line-ups in Dust 2 have been altered after the game's redesign in 2017. In this post, we'll discuss the best five grenade locations on the Dust 2 level in the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

5. Towards A Long
The A Long is a route that takes terrorists from the T (terrorist) Spawn to the A Site, which is marked by an arched doorway. The A Long begins at the T (terrorist) Spawn and ends at the A Site. New or grassroots-level players have a tendency to rush to the location without making use of grenades or other weapons. A dry peep, on the other hand, will result in immediate and severe repercussions at the highest levels of authority and professionalism.
The terrorists must launch a flashbang while racing from T Spawn towards A Long in order to securely peer into A Long and check out some potential real estate without drawing attention from the counter-terrorists. When you flash the opponent, it prevents your teammates from being flashed as well, allowing you to transition smoothly into A Long without being flashed.
4. Smoking off CT cross
In order to get access to the A Site, terrorists must first pass the CT (counter-terrorist) Spawn, which they must do even if they seize control of A Long. Although it is possible to just run the distance, doing so is very hazardous. Anyone holding the angle from CT Spawn has a broad field of view, allowing them to capture any passing pedestrians in the process of crossing the street.
It is thus sufficient for a player to stand near the barrels and throw a running smoke, as shown in the video below, to successfully secure the cross.
3. New Car molly
Since the redesign of Dust in CS: GO, the new vehicle location has been infamous for being abused by players since it offers subtle cover where opponents coming from A Long cannot see the player who is in the car.
In order to successfully take or retake Bombsite A, one of the most essential tasks is to clear out this position. It is simple to clear the area by lining up a Molotov cocktail or an Incendiary Grenade purchased from A Long.
CS:GO players who stand atop the long barrel and toss a Molotov cocktail that is precisely lined up as indicated in the image below will have no trouble spreading fire in the new vehicle location and flushing out the concealed player. The player just has to leap and hurl the Molotov cocktail, and then sit back and watch it work its magic.
2. T Spawn to A Short smoke
The A Short on Dust 2 map in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive requires players to smoke off the catwalk in order for the opposing players not to get a scent of the players passing by. This can only be accomplished if the players are initially placed in the position shown in the image below.
In order to successfully smoke out the enemy's view, the CS:GO player must first line up the crosshair as indicated in this image and then execute a jump throw as demonstrated.
1. Mid to B smoke
There will always be players waiting to welcome CS:GO players that want to visit Bombsite B, which is located underneath the overhanging arch. Bullets from both B and CT Spawn will be fired in their direction. CT Spawn will shoot at the players if they do not the first leap onto the pallet and then into the box, which will reduce their chances of being shot.
Once this is accomplished, the CS:GO players must align their crosshairs in this precise location.
