Dragon Age: Origins offers over 120 hours of gameplay and plenty of unique and intriguing quest material for you to enjoy. Though the Blight is a serious problem, you'll encounter many interesting people along the journey who are in urgent need of your help.
The emphasis on ethical choices with no right or wrong solutions is one of Bioware's trademarks. Every choice you make in the game has an effect on your Dragon Age adventure. Side quests, and the methods for accomplishing them, are the backbone of how you experience and shape your time in Thedas.

The Mabari Hound
You must go into the Kocari Wilds before becoming a member of the Grey Wardens. You may assist a desperate kennel master and the injured mabari dog he is caring for before you continue on your journey to slash dark spawn.
The dog develops like to you right away, and it's your duty to keep the hound from succumbing to the taint. It's a lovely way to meet your potential animal friend.
The Qunari Prisoner
This mission not only introduces you to a prospective companion, but it also serves as the first introduction to Quanri culture in the Dragon Age series. For his caustic comments and inadvertently hilarious answers, Sten has become a fan favorite.
Sten will publicly acknowledge he is guilty of the crime for which he was imprisoned, regardless of how you choose to release him. It's one of the most intriguing NPC debuts.

An Unlikely Scholar
Dagna, another fan-favorite NPC due to her appearance in Dragon Age: Inquisition, is caught between a rock and a hard place. She wants to learn magic, but being a Dwarf, she is having difficulty realizing her ambitions.
If you opt to assist her, she will be forever grateful and soon become an arcane specialist. Overall, the quest is enjoyable, and watching her wishes come true in Inquisition is a real pleasure.
Leliana’s Past
As she is challenged by the Warden and Leliana, Marjolaine speaks to the party.
Leliana's background as a bard turned Chantry sister is one of the most colourful of any NPC in the game. She speaks up about the ladies who impacted her life as your friendship or connection develops.
Leliana confronts Marjolaine in this mission, which will have a significant effect on Leliana's narrative in the future. Your choices throughout the quest will also decide whether or not Leliana's personality is toughened, which will have a significant effect on the remainder of the game.
Hope for a Mother
A Mother's Hope is a great illustration of how Dragon Age Origins likes to put your ethical and moral code to the test. Filda is looking forward to her son Ruck's return from the Deep Roads. Ruck is located, but he has been contaminated.
You must decide whether to murder Ruck or let him live, as well as whether or not to tell Filda the truth about her son's fate. Depending on your choices, there are many possible endings to this mission, each with its own set of repercussions.
Lost To The Curse
Many lives have been impacted by the werewolf curse that has afflicted the Dalish Clan in Dragon Age Origins. You meet Athras, whose wife is missing and presumably afflicted with the curse while assisting the Dalish with their issue.
You discover her completely changed into a werewolf, and you must choose between fulfilling her wish to end her suffering and going away. This mission exemplifies the emotional toll that the curse has had on the tribe.

Zelinda’s Woe
This quest, which deals extensively with the complexities of the Dwarven caste system, enables you to assist Zelinda, a dwarf who has a casteless kid owing to caste system restrictions. Due to the humiliation of having a casteless kid, Zelinda is forced to begin Orzammar's Dust Town and was evicted from her house.
You may pick from a variety of choices in the quest, such as assisting Zelinda in reconciling with her family, but its real power comes in showing how terrible the caste system is.
The Arcane Warrior
The Arcane Warrior is the only method to get this mage-focused specialty, and it's only available throughout the main questline of Nature of the Beast. This is one of the finest specializations for mages in the game since it enables you to equip the most armor and weapons.
It not only boosts your stats and gives you strong spells, but it also exposes a lot of knowledge about old elven civilization via the process of obtaining the specialty.
A Missing Child
A Missing Child is one of the few sidequests accessible in Redcliffe, and it requires you to reunite two siblings whose lives have been turned upside down by the undead menace from Redcliffe castle.
This quest not only allows you to put your hero abilities to the test early in the game's narrative (depending on which order you complete the main quest), but it also gives you the opportunity to get a unique sword with high base stats.
Flemeth’s Real Grimoire
Morrigan's companion quest, Flemeth's Real Grimoire, begins when Morrigan discovers her mother's secrets and has to protect herself. Without Morrigan, you must face Flemmeth in the Kocari Wilds.
You have the option of killing Flemmeth or allowing her to flee; either way, you will get the same prizes. This mission has enormous ramifications for Morrigan's future in the Dragon Age world, as well as a significant increase in her admiration for the Warden.
